Chateaubriand lived here from 1807 until 1817 and created a literary parc inspired by his travel memories. A “Writer’s House” of the Department of Hauts-de-Seine, it perpetuates the memory of this writer, traveler and politician. It’s here that he started to write his “Memoires” (memories).
